Sexual Harassment
  All States
What if I was sexually harassed but did not lose any money? Do I still have a claim?

Yes. Not all damages have to do with wages or job status. Employees can recover damages for emotional distress and even punitive ("punishment") damages in appropriate cases.

Where sexual harassment has permeated the workplace an employer may face overwhelming pressures to resolve matters and take steps to eliminate future workplace harassment -- as Mitsubishi Motors did in agreeing to pay $34 million to settle a case (an average of $300,000 for each of the 350 women workers involved) at its Normal, Illinois plant in mid-June, 1998.
