What can I do to prove later on that harassment took place when there were no witnesses who will testify on my behalf?
It is always a good idea to keep a journal of events that happen. Your written log should note the date and time, place and persons involved. You should prepare it as close to the event as possible. Record as closely as possible what was said and list the names of any witnesses to the event.
If you feel comfortable doing so, tell the harasser that you do not like his/her conduct, and that s/he should stop. If you do, also note that in your log.
