Employment Agreements

Most employment is "at-will," meaning an employer can let the employee go for any reason as long as the reasons not illegal. Some employers, however, do create employment contracts or agreements with their employees which may describe cause for termination, what happens if a dispute arises between the parties, or other conditions of employment. What is employment law?

When I got hired, I signed a statement that if I left the firm for any reason within the first 18 months, I would reimburse, on a pro-rata basis, the relocation expenses the company paid. Are these agreements enforceable?
