Interview
A job interview is an opportunity for the prospective employer and employee to exchange information regarding the job requirements and the employee's qualifications. Questions that seek information unrelated to job requirements - such as "Are you married?" or "Do you have children?" - should not be asked. This section provides information on what can be asked in a job interview, and why it's important to craft and answer questions carefully.

FAQs

Later I found out that the interviewer had passed on the information which I had specifically requested be held in confidence. Now I have no job, am short on funds, and angry! Do I have any recourse against the interviewer for such a breach?
